What to expect when you work with us:
- A home consultation. New build or retrofit, our first step is a consultation at your place. We need to know what we’re dealing with to ensure the best fit for your home.
- Custom Calculations. We’ve got our maths down to an art and tailor your system to your home by calculating the size of your layout, ceiling and pitch height among other things to ensure the heating to space ratio is efficient. We’ll discuss the best options for your needs.
- Quote prep & approval. We’ll go away and prepare a quote to send through for approval. If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll book in the install.
- Installation. Installation takes about 2-3 days depending on the size of the project.
- Aftercare. We’ll take you through how to use your heat pump or ducted heating.
