Installation
Once our quote is approved and an installation date locked in, it takes about 2-3 days to have you up and running!
Depending on the service or solution you require, we tailor our process to make your engagement as efficient as possible. View the process for each service when browsing our website.

Servicing
Yes, we offer a 5 year workmanship warranty that covers installation. The brands we install also come with 5 year product warranties.
We offer a professional servicing option that can be booked with us once a year which starts at $130 including gst for a single heat pump.
Ducted systems start at $250 including gst for a standard service.
A professional service includes a complete detail of your outside and inside units and takes about 1 hour to complete. We suggest vacuuming your filters regularly for energy efficiency.
